ILoveTGirls.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear and valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.

1. Notification of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner (or are authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that any content available on ILoveTGirls.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our Designated DMCA Agent. Your DMCA Notice must include the following information:

  • (a) A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.
  • (b) A clear identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  • (c) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material (e.g., URL of the specific page where the content is located).
  • (d) Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
  • (e) A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • (f) A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Please send your DMCA Notice to our Designated Agent at:

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and take reasonable steps to notify the user who uploaded the content so they may file a counter-notification if applicable.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed or disabled due to a DMCA Notice, you may submit a Counter-Notification to our DMCA Agent that includes the following:

  • (a) Your physical or electronic signature.
  • (b) Identification of the content that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location where the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • (c) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • (d) Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court located in your district (or if outside the U.S., to the jurisdiction of the courts in the State of [Your State]), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice or their agent.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we may restore the content in question unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

3. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, ILoveTGirls.com has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

4. Misrepresentations

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. Submitting false claims is a serious legal matter and may result in civil penalties.

5. Important Notice
